Open to all Brighton Marina residents, aged 18 or over except employees of Virgin Media Limited, their immediate family members and anyone professionally connected with this promotion (the "Prize Draw").
2. The Prize Draw opens at 00.01am on 12 December 2020 and closes at 11.59pm 29 May 2021 (the "Closing Date"). Entries received after the Closing Date will be invalid.
3. To enter the Prize Draw you must complete the entry form, available here. Maximum of 1 entry per person. There are 3 prizes available. There will 1 prize per winner.
4. Prize: £100 voucher to be redeemed at Riddle and Finns, Brighton. The voucher will be valid for 1 year, from 7 June 2021 to 7 June 2022. This voucher features a unique reference code, which must be quoted at the time of booking and redemption. This voucher is non transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Photocopies will not be accepted and all bookings must be made in advance. Please notify the manager upon arrival at the restaurant that you would like to redeem your voucher. 5. The winners will be selected by an independent third party at random from all valid entries received and will be notified by email no later than 9 June 2021.
6. The prize acceptance date is 18 June 2021. The winners must claim the prize no later than the prize acceptance date. We will make three attempts to contact the winners to notify them and to invite them to claim the prize. If none of these attempts are successful, the winners will no longer be entitled to the prize, and a new winner will be randomly selected.
7. The prize is provided by Virgin Media Limited of 500 Brook Drive, Reading, RG2 6UU and administered by BD Network of Morelands, 5 – 27 Old Street, London, EC1V 9HL.
8. Personal data collected in the course of entering will be used for the purposes of validating and administering the Prize Draw.
9. We will only use your data in line with applicable data protection legislation (including but not limited to General Data Protection Regulations) and subject to our Privacy Policy. We will not pass on your personal information to third parties except in accordance with these terms and conditions or where we are required to disclose that information in order to comply with any legal or regulatory requirements.
10. Virgin Media reserves the right to cancel and/or amend these terms and conditions and/or the Prize Draw at any stage but we will only do so for reasons outside of our reasonable control. We will endeavour to minimize the effect of such cancellation or amendment on participants in order to avoid disappointment, which may include providing an alternative Prize if the original Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
11. The name and county of the winners will be made available for a period of 1 month after the closing date. To receive this, please send a Subject Access Request marked 'Scotland Lightning Prize Draw' to: Griffin House, 161 Hammersmith Road, Hammersmith, London W6 8BS.
12. Virgin Media and its agents shall not be responsible or liable to compensate the winners for any loss, damage or consequential damage of any nature in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise caused by acceptance of these terms and conditions and/or in connection with the Prize (to the extent permissible by law).
13. These terms and conditions and any disputes or issues arising out of or in connection with them (whether contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, breach of statute/regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any disputes or issues.
